Manfred Luedge, Empire Remodeling’s founder began in Santa Cruz as a successful handyman. In 1988 he obtained his California State Contractor’s License and founded Empire Remodeling the same year.

Empire Remodeling has four full time employees with a combined experience of more than 35 years.
